FD JSR from T3 utils with images inside graph's nodes

Added a script that creates the same .dot file graph but modified and incorporates images of molecular structures inside the nodes instead of Smiles labels.

Thanks! I'd like to merge it into T3 directly.
We should give an option to generate either a diagram with labels or a diagram with images
We should also add an option to write the label above each circle, should be True by default if a diagram with images was requested
Minor: we can try to use the light blue color indicating an observable for the circle line instead of the fill when using images
