…ce into CostComparisonDateService - preparing to use it via DI - fix tests and ensure they are passing
…llowed tests to work much easier(same as old tests that worked). Code all ready for major manuall testing as auto tests passing - need to expand unit tests further now its all discrete in DI classes.
