Added support for DDxxxx devices that support some additional commands in comparison to the RollerTroll device type. Based on the specifications from the RFXtrx SDK, tested with Brel sunscreens.

Please let me know if I need to make additional changes for this to be approved. I've also made changes to the Home Assistant Core component to reflect this support. I hope to be able to finish that based on the approval of these changes (and a new release version with these changes).
