Condense README.md from 421 to 158 lines while preserving essential information

The README.md file was overly long (421 lines) with extensive detailed setup instructions, troubleshooting guides, and customization examples that made it difficult for users to quickly understand the project and get started.

Changes Made

• Streamlined Quick Start section: Condensed the detailed 120+ line setup guide to a concise 20-line overview that covers the essential steps
• Added clear reference to QUICKSTART.md: Users are directed to the existing detailed setup guide for full instructions
• Simplified troubleshooting: Converted verbose troubleshooting sections into a clean, scannable table format
• Condensed customization examples: Kept essential configuration examples while removing excessive detail
• Maintained all critical content: Preserved safety warnings, legal disclaimers, feature lists, and important usage guidelines
• Improved readability: Used better formatting, tables, and organization for easier scanning

Result

• Before: 421 lines with overwhelming detail
• After: 158 lines (62.5% reduction) with clear, accessible information
• All essential information preserved including safety features, legal notices, and getting started guidance
• Better user experience with quicker access to key information while detailed instructions remain available in QUICKSTART.md

The README now provides a much better first impression while ensuring users can still access comprehensive documentation when needed.
