Update repository.datadog.yml for MQ teams

What does this PR do?

• Updates MQ configuration so contributors can use it

Motivation

• container-t2 team does not exist, it's container-tee
• cont-platform is within agent-all
• container-app -> container-apps-and-remediation is more inclusive
• Vector team has no need
• No need for individual users: both Cedric and Haissam are in included teams
