Motivation

• With this fix [APPSEC]: blocking for alb multi value headers events datadog-lambda-python#655, we can enable blocking tests for alb-multi weblog.

• With the release of dd-trace-py 3.13, python_lambda automatically passes the ip_forwarded case.
