Removes [cryptiles](https://github.com/hapijs/cryptiles). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [cryptiles](https://github.com/hapijs/cryptiles), [airtable](https://github.com/airtable/airtable.js) and [request](https://github.com/request/request).
