Added a function that creates a dict containing all the valid sd* st* sch* devices. There is a bit of a hack for the tape devices as the 'real' st* device has a bunch of other devices that are created by the tape driver.

There is a bit of a hack for the tape devices as the 'real' st* device has a bunch of other devices that are created by the tape driver.
Hopefully it's not too hackish. But it seems to scratch my particular itch.
