This PR sets up a modular backend structure setup . It includes structured routing, service logic, points of interest (POI), and leaderboard management.
Changes Introduced:
✅ Created modular services for authentication, POIs and leaderboard
✅Defined API routes and linked them to service logic
✅Added a health check endpoint (/health)
