Improvements:
- Added Rocket Client Animations which previously weren't available
- Fixed Ripper desync when firing while switching weapons and improved Ripper client animations. The Razors now bounce off the wall locally
- Fixed Flak desync when firing while switching weapons and improved Flak client animations. The Flak chunks now bounce off the wall locally
- Fixed the Shock Beam client animation desync when holding Fire and switching quickly between weapons
- Fixed desync when coming out of Feign Death with firing
- Improved Pulse Primary client-side animations
- Improved/Fixed Ping Compensated Translocator to make the speed more like base game now
- Fix bug where weapons could get stuck during weapon switching when FastWeaponSwitch was Disabled
- Fix client animations and sounds that would happen during fast weapon switching without accompanying server fire
- Translocator disc now correctly takes damage from explosions during the simulation when ping compensation is enabled
- Improved ping-compensated Translocator firing flow on very high ping
- Added a client setting to control whether Debug Client Messages show in Demo Playback
- Removed NewTDM from IG+. It's available as a separate mod at https://github.com/rxut/NewTDM
- bDemoShowClientMessages is a debugging feature to show ClientFire and ServerFire messages during demo playback. Disabled by default. Previously was hardcoded to show these messages.

- Fixed an ammo counter race condition between client and server for ST_UT_Eightball where the Rocket Launcher would reach 0 ammo on the client while still having 1 ammo on the server, allowing the player to select an empty Rocket Launcher but not being able to fire
