Adding fee adapters for ZEROBASE

NOTE

this won't work, we can't hardcode APY numbers, we need better way to track the fees

based on this methodology, protocol doesn't keep any money for themselve, it redirect the revenue to stakers, so it would be counted as holdersRevenue, and protocolrevenue would be 0? please add doc source in PR comment
