Changelog: Added the Synthweave bounty counter to Ada-1's bounty descriptions
This also sets RichDestinyText's ownerId to the vendor characterId for vendor items as those usually have owner="unknown". This allows RichDestinyText to correctly decorate for vendor items.
Note: I unfortunately have not completed the 20 bounties to show the 'exhausted' state, but I did test that last season and it worked as intended.
