Add Error Boundary to Web App

[google-labs-jules]

Implemented a global ErrorBoundary component for the web application to catch runtime errors gracefully.

• Created web/components/ErrorBoundary.tsx with a Class Component for error catching and a Functional Component for the UI.
• Implemented ErrorFallback UI with support for both Neobrutalism and Glassmorphism themes using useTheme.
• Integrated ErrorBoundary into web/App.tsx wrapping AppRoutes.
• Added "Try Again" (reload) and "Back to Home" actions for user recovery.
• Verified with Playwright using a temporary crash trigger.
