"Leadership is not a position or a title; it is action and example."
I am a Technical Program Manager(TPM) passionate about building high-quality software and fostering a culture of mentorship. As a Technical Program Manager, my approach is deeply rooted in 6 years of hands-on engineering experience. Before pivoting to TPM, I spent over half a decade building and scaling complex B2B travel solutions, where I learned that the best way to lead technical teams is through active demonstration and shared technical context. I believe the best way to motivate a team is by being in the trenches with them—leading with transparency, integrity, and active demonstration.
I love to learn, develop and experiment!
- Integrity First: I never ask my team to do something I wouldn't do myself. I stay committed to the same standards of code quality and professional conduct that I expect from others.
- Mentorship through Action: I use code reviews and pair programming not just to fix bugs, but as a space for shared learning and growth.
- Radical Transparency: I share successes and failures openly. By being vulnerable about my own mistakes, I create a safe environment for others to innovate and take risks.
- Empowerment: I provide the tools and support for others to lead, stepping back once the path is clear so they can own their victories.
