Update from upstream master.
User-defined path to graph directory
Fix samtools version (taken from patch)
Deleted unneeded brackets.
Fixed samtools version check
Add preparation of index graph to main script
remove unnecessary db:HTS module

Maybe add _ also? Sorry, I forgot.
\w [3] Match a "word" character (alphanumeric plus "_", plus
other connector punctuation chars plus Unicode
marks)
