This pull request implements the following UI enhancements:
Fade-in on scroll – Elements smoothly appear as the user scrolls down the page.
Back-to-top button – A button appears after scrolling down, allowing users to quickly return to the top of the page.
Gradient navbar on scroll – The navbar changes to a gradient background when the user scrolls, improving visibility and aesthetics.
