1.Enhanced homepage UI with gradient navbar on scroll
2.Added fade-in animation on scroll for better visual experience
3.Implemented Back to Top button with smooth scrolling
4.Improved carousel sections styling and structure
5.Updated TODO.md to reflect completed tasks

All changes have been tested locally and the deploy preview looks good.
