# Mushroom Risotto
**Prep Time:** 10 minutes | **Cook Time:** 30 minutes | **Serves:** 4

## Ingredients
- 1 cup arborio rice
- 4 cups warm broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup dry white wine

## Instructions
1. Sauté the mushrooms until golden brown; set aside.
2. Toast the arborio rice in the pan with a bit of butter.
3. Deglaze with white wine, then slowly add warm broth one ladle at a time.
4. Stir in cooked mushrooms and parmesan right before serving.
