Needed to specify the RESP2 protocol because some of the drivers couldn't restore their last setting using RESP3.
We now initialize the drivers and logic blocks before starting the GraphQL interface. This should prevent clients from making requests before the core has initialized fully.

These are a few improvements -- and fixes -- that I noticed while getting ready for v0.5.0.
