This is, inevitably, a bit messy and could do with improved testing
Put them in the EadExporter interface, for now.

Export the creator access point in the EAD origination tag
This is a little bit dubious because without a connected link, the access point holds no info about whether the creator is a person, corporate body, or family, so we have to guess the tag (e.g.
<persname>,<corpname>or<famname>).
