Adds a gitignore file to ignore files that should not be tracked. Especially the generated files (.o, .d files and the resulting binaries). Also: Ignores some generated files of the command `$ ./configure`. Ignores the symbolic links in the QEMU/hw directory
Deletes the `config_manager.h` file that was mistakenly saved as `]` under QEMU/hw
