Long requested feature; Using java preferences to set the location of the GUI windows.
I'll write some test cases for this before we mergeTests added; works on local gradle. Won't be able to test this in the captain vm right now due to #257In the event that the windows get saved to an off-screen location I wrote a small program to delete the saved preferences.
Next step will be creating a desktop entry on the topside to call the delete method.Desktop launcher added
