The following changes are implemented in this pull request:

  1. Updating Gradle and dependencies versions.
    • Adding a DeleteMergeField method.
    • Allow overriding of MailchimpClient execute method. This is to facilite mocking.
    • Adding since Query string parameter to GetEmailActivity method.
    • Correcting EditMergeFieldMethod response object.
    • Changing folders name from java to kotlin.

I haven't read the entire PR but the allowing of email_address to be var would be helpful for me as I need to update the user's email_address.
