Note

Introduces Monad (MON) as a new EVM chain.

• Adds info/monadInfo.ts defining chainId 143, RPC https://rpc.monad.xyz, EIP‑1559 support, explorers, denominations, and fee presets
• Includes builtin ERC‑20 tokens (USDC, USDT, WETH, WBTC)
• Registers monad in ethereumInfos.ts so the plugin is loadable
• Updates CHANGELOG.md with the new network
