Enables Infinite ramp for buy flows while keeping sell disabled.

• Update rampConstraints.ts: change infinite constraint to block only sell (direction === 'sell'), allowing buys
• Update CHANGELOG.md to note "Infinite buy support enabled" and align 4.42.0 notes
