- fromAlias is not used and was a remnant from sdk upgrade - accountUUID should be grabbed after start() - ios sdk does not reliably associate the name passed into prepare() with the accountUUID but the ufvk is
And update balance with every processor update

Makes sense. The id's might shift, but the view key should be the same.
