Update EML Lib
Update to version 1.0.1 and add logo to README
Regenerate package-lock.json to apply dependency updates and metadata changes. Notable bumps: @bufbuild/protobuf -> 2.11.0, @parcel/watcher (and platform variants) -> 2.5.6, many @rollup/* platform packages -> 4.57.1, @electron/rebuild -> 4.0.3, tar -> ^7.5.6, and @types/node -> 22.19.7. Also adjusts dev/peer flags for several entries and removes an @electron/remote lock entry. These updates come from running an install/upgrade to refresh the lockfile for compatibility and security fixes.
Patch release: update package.json version from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2.
