• Phase 2 (Weeks 5-6): 🔄 IN PROGRESS — Max AI Integration
  • Day 1 (Jan 16, 2026): ✅ Complete — DDprOS verification & first end-to-end task
• Phase 3 (Weeks 7-8): ⬜ UPCOMING — Cloudflare Environment
