Version 0.1.0 - Release for IGVF Data Portal

This release represents the pipeline used to process CRISPRi-FlowFISH data based on the method described in Fulco* & Nasser* et al. Nature Genetics 2019, with small modifications applied to process data for Nasser* et al. Nature 2021, Schnitzler* & Kang* et al. Nature 2024, Guckelberger et al., and other studies.
