Add Supermium Target

Description

Adds Supermium Target which is a Chromium browser from here. This browser aims to make Chrome compatible with older operating systems that are no longer supported by Chrome such as XP and Windows 7. Tested the locations on an XP and 7 machine due to this browser being aimed at unsupported OSes.
