Explanation of Change
The multi-level tags are separated by colons in the expenses report. We can fix this behavior by replacing getCleanedTagName() with getCommaSeparatedTagNameWithSanitizedColons() in the getTagSections function. This function properly splits the colon-delimited tag string into an array, filters out empty tags, unescapes colons within each individual tag, and joins them back together with commas.
