On msys2, when compiling, I was getting the error: undefined reference to `WinMain' msys2 package patched have a similar fix: https://github.com/msys2/MINGW-packages/blob/master/mingw-w64-ffms2/0001-ffmsindex-add-municode-ldflag.patch

Fix the compilation on msys2.
Without the commit 4d219a4, I was getting
undefined reference to `WinMain'(proof)Also, to avoid any possible break in the future, I added a CI that will build/run the test on msys2 (MINGW64).
