Where can I find the notification of this PR and related change?

The decision to downgrade the 1 May 2026 penalty from Revocation of Authorization to an Automatic CAP is very welcome but was a surprise I didn't see without my colleague pointing it out. So clearly I am not watching the right feeds for news!

Haha, honestly, theory is that folks should be worried about implementing things regardless of the potential corrective action so broadcasting a change in corrective action isn't necessary. I don't think we highlighted this anywhere publicly since it's effectively only an internal procedural change.

Well, except for this commit message and release notes of course. :)
