Trata-se da criação da rota para equipamentos utilizando a arquitetura da versão v2. As responsabilidades foram separadas nas seguintes camadas:

Observações
Model, Controller, Service, Repository, Data Transfer Object. Esta rota pode ser usado como modelo para refatoração das demais rotas.
O parâmetro get utilizado para inclusão de items deletados foi
deleted, aceitando qualquer valor.
