1.14 forward compatibility and bug fixes

Fixed some bugs with Spigot 1.14 forward compatibility.

Thanks to Discord user @.Neptune#5195 for notifying of the issues and helping test and solve them ;)

Language system support

Added a new lang system (messages.yml is still used and required) As the version suggests, it's in alpha. Test at your own discretion ;)
The language system is still WIP and I hope to soon migrate messages.yml to the new system if it works as expected. There also might be some missing messages that might not respect the language system or that are broken.

1.14 official support (Bungee/Spigot)

No new features in this release, just added support for 1.14 bungee and spigot.

1.14 support

1.14 Support has been added though I have been able to test bungee only. Go ahead and test spigot and report any bugs in the github issues page.
