@akashdhruv, I tried to fix the GitHub actions, but it seems that we need to set up a virtual environment inside the Maple image, which I don't have much knowledge of. Would you mind reviewing this PR and fixing the GitHub actions? |

This PR introduces a new backend,
backend/Webview/modern_static, which generates static webpages that mimic the classicbackend/Webviewfunctionalities as much as possible. The user may set-vv <pathToWebView>during theinitphase, and invokeflashxtest webviewto generate static HTMLs to view the test results on their web browser. The default output directory is set as./html, but can be changed by passing--outdir <pathToHTML>.
