4 Base mode

BASE MODE

In Base mode with V1.0 release:

o Open the "ROVER" mode. Let the unit until the position returned acceptable to you based on your need.

o Close the "ROVER" mode (the last position will be recorded) and then return to the main screen.

o Now select the "BASE" mode. Your radio-communication module must plugged and setup before. The following screen will then appear:

o The input and output stream selection button are not working for the moment, the actual configuration is preset for Ublox and serial output via the GPIO. (the stream setup will be put back in next release, the configuration string can be found in optionstr2str.ccp)

o Start the Base mode: the last position previously recorded will be recovered, Press the DEFAULT1 or DEFAULT2 button, the server will launch and you can check the stream display now.

o Check the display of streams. If an error exists it will be reported to you.

In Base mode with  actual Dev version: 

o Open the "ROVER" mode. Let the unit until the position returned acceptable to you based on your need.

o Close the "ROVER" mode (the last position will be recorded) and then return to the main screen.

o Now select the "BASE" mode. Your radio-communication module must plugged and setup before. The following screen will then appear:

o The base option page by default is set for automatic base position, it use the last recorded position of the rover mode.

o You can choose betewen automatic and manual base position,a manual position can be input if you know the base position,you can enter it and click the Write button before leaving this screen (you can see the updated base position on the option string windows)

o The configuration tab let you enter some of the parameter of str2str server, if you dont find your configuration in the list you can input one if needed, to update and see the new string in the stream options windows, click on the Update Stream Configuration button

o When stream configuration is finished, press the start button to start base, a Base Status page will appear.Press the close button to stop the server and go back to main menu
