Replaces the Next.js setup with a Vite + React + TypeScript project. Removes Next.js-specific files and configuration, adds Vite config, updates dependencies, and restructures the frontend source code. Introduces new components, hooks, and utilities under a new organization, and updates .gitignore and project metadata accordingly.
