- Issues regarding Commands, Convert and Fix.
- Added Verbose logging
- Added Exception logging
Just for extra check for Dupes with Full Assembly Name
Removed NulloDependencyStrategy as it was usually picked and resulting in no Dependecies being loaded

Can you give me some more context on this one? Is this something that's fixed in the latest 3.0 work (that I just pushed)? |

Was a time ago I did these fixes, and haven't checked the latest push... the background is that, I was implementing ripple in a larger project converting from NuGet, and was unable to complete due a lot of errors, finally after some additional logging and fixes the solution could be converted. please review the commits and see if they conflicts with your fixes. |
