- {rvi.synch,true} arg in svc invocation indicates synch wrapper
- service announcements are relayed to neighboring (authorized) nodes
- remote messages are routed if svc not local
- initial attachment support
TODO: node ids need to be relayed with service announcements, if
reply messages are to find their way back.
