For the backend we can recommend both Laragon and PhpStorm. For PhpStorm you can apply for a student license at jetbrains this gives you their entire enterprise level toolset for free. You can apply here at Jetbrains Student
PhpStorm can be found here. Please check out the install instructions on how to setup the tools for development.
Laragon can be found here. It provides incredibly fast test environments for the back-end system and is highly recommanded for quick and easy setup + development. Please also for this tool check the installation instructions for setup.
