Added the wiener convolution in 3D
Added wiener filter in 3D, maybe we should first test the wiener filter further before adding it here. When looking at some results, it seems that some spots get translated in the wiener deconvolution, probably by the PSF.

I added the wiener filter to filter.py, but im not sure about the results. It seems that the wiener filter translates some of the spots if you compare it with the raw data or RL-algorithm, probably due to the PSF. Maybe we should wait before adding this here till we are more certain if this approach is meaningful. By the way, im sorry about the late pull request, I forgot.
