in particular no longer tie the Sugs object returned by Working::suggestions() to a particular set of paramaters and instead store a pointer back to the Working object for each individual suggestion.
this includes not splitting a word (by default) when camel-case is enabled add tests for camelCase suggestions
also document sug-split-char option
