[Work in progress]-DoliWoo debug and improvement

Hi,
This PR contains several update to Doliwoo.

• Enable or disable syncing of photos
• Ability to set desired price level to use in the store --> need an update to Dolibarr's webservices (file server_productorservice.php ). I will make a pull request quickly. You can download his file here
• Enable or disable order's sync
• Try to add some enhancement on customer creation

  I'd like to review your changes but I won't bother until the integration tests pass.

  You can run these tests locally by installing grunt and launching grunt test from the project root. (I may have to add a note about that in the readme…).
