allows users to create data files in a specified folder by using
`basilk {filename}`
and it will create a file: {filename}.{version}.{json}

Hi,Thank you so much for developing such a useful tool.
I've added support for independent data files to the tool, allowing users to create data files within the directory instead of always relying on the global data file. In this way, data files can be submitted to Git along with the project, which facilitates better project management. This can resolve Issues #25.
