For easier use of papilio-prog from the command line, added the ability to specify "auto" instead of the name of the bscan_spi_*.bit file:
When auto used, will use the device description to work out the correct bscan_spi file which it then looks for in the same directory as papilio-prog.
Also, added a .zip file with papilio-prog and the associated bscan_spi.bit files for easy use on linux x64.
