I believe we should add something in the header encouraging folks to reach out to us if they are building Nostr markets - then link Nostr profiles or something

I think if you are proposing a change in the structure of the spec, it would be good to tackle it on the same pr. Also I think its better to keep the spec unified instead of separate core components, and maybe move the things that are optional on top as MIPs or something. Also, I think payment processing, collections, and checkout should be part of the core. wdyt?
