This solves the DistinguishedFOlderIdType not holding onto it's primary smtp mailbox by passing it in the
toArray()method and fixingBuildableTraitto convert all nestedTypeobjects intoXmlObjectand making sure all keys are uppercasedThis should solve (#276)
