Place sensitive information via .env and place MONGO_URI to your mongodb url, place UPLOAD_USER and UPLOAD_PASS to your username and password and then run nodejs. On render, click 0.1 CPU, 512MB RAM and then click "Deploy" button to deploy yourself.
