Suggestion: Enable/Disable Highlights and Substitutes from File Menu

It would help a lot with testing to make sure everything else is working as intended!

Maybe remove "Ignores" from "Ignores/Gags" as well, as that just trips me up as a long-term Genie user. Used to seeing "gags" only for that concept.
